EXPERIENCE: I've worked with a wide range of clients: preschoolers, college-level athletes, obese individuals, people going through post-injury rehab, elderly stroke victims. That being said- I am good at working at YOUR pace to achieve YOUR goals.

 

MY GOAL: to get you to your fitness goal and make you feel and look YOUR BEST, and of course, have FUN while doing it!

 

TRAINING STYLE: I am well versed in weight training of all kinds but prefer calisthenics (body weight exercise)  because I strongly believe that mastering our own bodies leads to greater results and quality of life in the long run. I combine calisthenics together with primal movements innate to our being to create what I call "Primal Strength"- a class I created and am currently instructing.

 

WHERE WE MEET: I generally meet at a local park, but if you'd prefer your home/gym/work office/mountain trail, I will be happy to do that.

I understand how intimidating it is to get into training, so it is important for me that you feel comfortable and enjoy our sessions.

EXPERIENCE:  I've been massaging consistently for 7 years and have well over 1000  hours of experience. I've worked in spas, chiropractic offices, physical therapy clinics, and privately at the homes of my clients. 

 

MY GOAL: to break down any knots I encounter in your body to allow for better circulation and overall health.

 

MASSAGE STYLE:  A unique fusion of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release and Energy Work to give you  one soothing and revitalizing experience that WILL make a difference in how you feel. The massage sessions I offer are strictly therapeutic in every sense of the word.

I will communicate with you during the session, only when needed,to ensure that I offer you the most optimal experience along with your utmost comfort.
